Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026

thredd gives you one web page that holds your links and shows when you are active across the internet. These are the terms for using it.

Your account

You sign in with your email address; there is no password. Keep access to that inbox — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account.

Your content

What you put on your page stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to host it and show it to people who visit your page. You are responsible for what you publish, and for having the right to publish it.

Do not use thredd to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate someone else, to mislead people about who you are, or to distribute malware. We may suspend a page that does.

Plans and prices

  • Free — €0.00. One page, unlimited links, and one activity graph.
  • Pro — €4.99 a month, or €49.90 a year.
  • Unlimited — €9.99 a month, or €99.90 a year.

All prices include VAT. What the pricing page shows is what you pay. Yearly plans are charged for 10 months, so two months are free.

Billing

Subscriptions are sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record: they take the payment, handle VAT, and send your receipts and invoices. Your purchase appears as “Sold through Link” and your statement shows LINK.COM* THREDD.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, under Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep everything until then, and you are not charged again.

When the period ends, your account returns to Free. Your page stays online and your content is kept exactly as you wrote it; only the paid features stop being shown. If you subscribe again, your page returns as it was.

Refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days from the start of a subscription to change your mind. Ask us within those 14 days and we will refund you.

Your plan starts the moment you pay, because that is what you asked for when you subscribed. Strictly, that lets us keep a proportionate amount for the days you used. We do not — we refund the payment in full, end the subscription, and your account returns to Free.

After 14 days, cancelling stops the next payment rather than returning the current one. If something went wrong, write to us anyway and we will look at it properly.

Because Stripe is the merchant of record, you can also raise a refund request with Stripe, and Stripe may issue a refund under their own policy.

Availability

We work to keep thredd running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Ending your account

You can delete your account whenever you like, which removes your pages. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used to harm others.
